Open Enrollment for Medicare is just around the corner. Here’s a quick look at what will happen over the next few weeks:
After October 1st — Shoreline clients will receive an email from us summarizing any changes or enhancements to their current plan.
- If you are happy with your current plan, do nothing and your current plan will renew automatically on January 1, 2022.
- If your needs have changed over the past year, please Request a Quote with updated information so we can contact you to discuss options.
October 15th — We will begin completing 2022 Medicare applications and instructions for those who are changing plans.
December 7th — Deadline for submitting your 2022 Medicare application.
And, of course, there is never a cost to you for our services. Additionally, we want to send a reminder that we will be taking open enrollment conversations virtual again this year. After 2020, we realized that virtual communication during Open Enrollment offers more benefits and convenience for everyone as well as helping to ensure health and safety for our community.
